Most business leaders rarely have the extra time to devote to training—deadlines, travel, and the weight of decision-making usually trumps leftover energy. But what if dedicated marketplace executives and professionals were able to feed and strengthen their skills and hearts in ways that have the potential to change the world?

God has specifically equipped and placed gifted leaders in the business world. Because excellent leadership is needed in both the marketplace and the Church, the WCA is committed to convening today’s present and future businessmen and women for practical, in-depth training and interaction. The new one-day Blue Sky events, held in South Barrington, IL, at the Willow Creek campus, will deliver intensive leadership training experiences for professionals looking to further develop and elevate their unique leadership contexts and styles. Hear from accomplished teachers and leaders, dialogue with colleagues and other business leaders, and address the highly specific topics you face.
